The terms of this Agreement may be modified over time at White Cedar Teas discretion, without any obligation to notify you, we recommend that you check this webpage periodically to review the changes. Your repeated use of this webpage will constitute your consent to any changes.

6. Customer Account

Your responsibility is to maintain your customer accounts' security on this website. If any charges or damages occur as a consequence of you not maintaining your customer account and password, you agree to be held solely responsible.

 

7. Orders and Payments

When submitting an order on White Cedar Teas website your order will be considered to be an offer and White Cedar Teas has the right to refuse your offer (order) for any reason at any time, including without limits:

i) Availability of the products

ii) If products are described or priced incorrectly

 

In the event that your order is cancelled or refused, White Cedar Teas will return your funds (in the full amount) in the manner in which you paid with an email confirmation of the same. 

 

Our third-party credit card handler must approve all purchases made through their service with the use of a credit card or debt purchase.

 

You also agree not to resell any products purchased on this website or from one of White Cedar Teas popup, craft or trade shows, or farmer's market locations under this Agreement without written consent from White Cedar Teas.
 

8. Shipping

White Cedar Teas ships your order based on the method you choose during checkout. You will be given an estimated time of arrival, this is an estimate only and White Cedar Teas will not be responsible for any damages due to any delays during shipping.

Shipping charges are listed when you purchase your products from White Cedar Teas website and you are responsible for all federal and provincial taxes related to shipping. You also agree to comply with all export laws set out by Canada and that apply to the products purchased or received under this Agreement.

White Cedar Teas uses third-party shipping services to ship all of its products and is not liable for any loss, damages, or expenses due to shipping. The title and risk of loss is passed on to you the products you have purchased are transferred to our thrid=party shipping providers.

9. Return Policy

If any of our products don't meet your expectations we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase within the policies set out in our Return Policy page. Most items are returnable with the exception of loose-leaf teas, matchas, consumables of any kind.

11. Indemnification

You, the buyer agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless White Cedar Teas from any action arising from the misuse of this website or any breach of any provisions of this Agreement. This includes reasonable legal fees, costs, liabilities, and or expenses.

Without limiting the foregoing, neither White Cedar Teas nor any of the company's providers makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied:

i) as to the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon

ii) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Service

iv) that the Service, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs or other harmful components.

13. General

Waiver

 Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under this Agreement shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall be the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Provisions

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect

Notices

All notices to the Agreement and the Privacy Policy shall constitute the entire agreement between all parties and no other written or verbal representations or agreements relating to the subject matters described in this Agreement.
